1. Про сервіс
The Outbounders (далі — «Сервіс», «ми») надає онлайн-сервіс, який за адресою вашого сайту автоматично створює демонстраційну ШІ-автоворонку продажів: етапи воронки, задачі етапів, поля картки клієнта та приклад діалогу продажу.
Ця оферта є публічною пропозицією укласти договір про надання доступу до Сервісу на умовах, викладених нижче. Оплачуючи підписку, ви повністю приймаєте ці умови.
2. Безкоштовне демо
Створення демонстраційної воронки безкоштовне й не потребує оплати.
Демо генерується штучним інтелектом на основі загальнодоступного вмісту вказаного вами сайту. Воно має ознайомчий характер і може містити неточності. Вказуйте лише сайт, яким ви володієте або маєте право представляти.
3. Підписка Automation Sales Platform
Вартість підписки — 19 доларів США на місяць. Податки й комісії банку, якщо вони застосовуються, сплачуються окремо.
Після оплати для вас автоматично створюється CRM-кабінет, куди переноситься згенерована воронка: база знань, етапи, поля картки клієнта та сценарії ШІ-асистента. Доступ до кабінету надходить на електронну пошту, вказану під час оплати, зазвичай протягом кількох хвилин.
До підписки входять: CRM-кабінет і мобільний застосунок, ШІ-асистент, що відповідає вашим клієнтам і веде їх етапами воронки, автоматизації етапів та можливість підключити власні канали (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, чат на сайті тощо).
4. Оплата та автоматичне продовження
Оплата здійснюється банківською карткою через платіжну систему Stripe. Ми не отримуємо й не зберігаємо дані вашої картки.
Підписка продовжується автоматично щомісяця, і кошти списуються з тієї самої картки, доки ви не скасуєте підписку.
Продавцем, що приймає оплату, є суб’єкт господарювання, зазначений на сторінці оплати та в квитанції Stripe.
5. Скасування
Ви можете скасувати підписку будь-коли, написавши на [email protected]. Скасування діє з кінця поточного оплаченого місяця; до того часу кабінет лишається доступним.
6. Ваші обов’язки
Надавати правдиву інформацію під час оплати та підтримувати актуальність бази знань (ціни, послуги, умови), на яку спирається ШІ-асистент.
Самостійно підключати свої акаунти в соцмережах і месенджерах та дотримуватися правил цих платформ, законодавства про рекламу, захист прав споживачів і персональних даних ваших клієнтів.
Не використовувати Сервіс для спаму, шахрайства чи поширення незаконного вмісту.
7. Відповіді штучного інтелекту
ШІ-асистент формує відповіді автоматично на основі вашої бази знань. Він може помилятися. Ви відповідаєте за перевірку й налаштування бази знань та сценаріїв і можете будь-коли вимкнути автоматичні відповіді або відповісти клієнту самостійно.
8. Інтелектуальна власність
Ваші дані, вміст сайту й дані ваших клієнтів належать вам. Програмне забезпечення, шаблони та алгоритми Сервісу належать нам; ви отримуєте невиключне право користуватися ними на час дії підписки.
9. Обмеження відповідальності
Сервіс надається «як є». Ми докладаємо зусиль для безперебійної роботи, але не гарантуємо конкретних результатів продажів. Наша відповідальність обмежується сумою, сплаченою вами за останній місяць підписки.
10. Зміни умов і контакти
Ми можемо змінювати ці умови; нова редакція публікується на цій сторінці. Про суттєві зміни ми повідомляємо на пошту не пізніше ніж за 14 днів.
Terms of Service — “AI sales funnel from your website”

1. The service
The Outbounders (the “Service”, “we”) provides an online service that, from your website address, automatically builds a demo AI sales funnel: funnel stages, stage tasks, client card fields and a sample sales dialogue.
These terms are an offer to provide access to the Service. By paying for a subscription you accept them in full.
2. Free demo
Generating a demo funnel is free and requires no payment.
The demo is generated by artificial intelligence from the publicly available content of the website you enter. It is for illustration and may contain inaccuracies. Only enter a website that you own or are authorised to represent.
3. Automation Sales Platform subscription
The subscription costs USD 19 per month. Taxes and bank fees, where applicable, are charged separately.
After payment a CRM workspace is created for you automatically and your generated funnel is transferred into it: knowledge base, stages, client card fields and AI assistant scenarios. Access is sent to the email you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
The subscription includes the CRM workspace and mobile app, an AI assistant that replies to your customers and guides them through the funnel stages, stage automations, and the ability to connect your own channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website chat and others).
4. Payment and automatic renewal
Payment is made by card through Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
The subscription renews automatically every month and is charged to the same card until you cancel.
The merchant accepting the payment is the business entity shown on the checkout page and on your Stripe receipt.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; the workspace remains available until then.
6. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate details at checkout and keep the knowledge base the AI assistant relies on (prices, services, terms) up to date.
Connect your own social and messaging accounts yourself and comply with those platforms’ rules and with advertising, consumer protection and data protection laws regarding your customers.
Do not use the Service for spam, fraud or unlawful content.
7. AI-generated replies
The AI assistant generates replies automatically from your knowledge base and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the knowledge base and scenarios, and you can switch off automatic replies or answer a customer yourself at any time.
8. Intellectual property
Your data, website content and your customers’ data remain yours. The Service’s software, templates and algorithms belong to us; you receive a non-exclusive right to use them while your subscription is active.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee specific sales results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last month of the subscription.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page. We notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance.

1. El servicio
The Outbounders (el «Servicio», «nosotros») ofrece un servicio en línea que, a partir de la dirección de tu web, crea automáticamente un embudo de ventas de demostración con IA: etapas del embudo, tareas de cada etapa, campos de la ficha de cliente y un diálogo de venta de ejemplo.
Estas condiciones son una oferta de acceso al Servicio. Al pagar la suscripción las aceptas en su totalidad.
2. Demo gratuita
Generar un embudo de demostración es gratuito y no requiere pago.
La demo la genera la inteligencia artificial a partir del contenido público de la web que introduces. Es orientativa y puede contener imprecisiones. Introduce solo una web de tu propiedad o que estés autorizado a representar.
3. Suscripción Automation Sales Platform
La suscripción cuesta 19 USD al mes. Los impuestos y comisiones bancarias, si se aplican, se cobran aparte.
Tras el pago se crea automáticamente tu panel CRM y se transfiere a él el embudo generado: base de conocimiento, etapas, campos de la ficha de cliente y guiones del asistente IA. El acceso llega al correo que usaste al pagar, normalmente en pocos minutos.
La suscripción incluye el panel CRM y la app móvil, un asistente IA que responde a tus clientes y los guía por las etapas del embudo, automatizaciones de etapas y la posibilidad de conectar tus propios canales (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, chat de la web y otros).
4. Pago y renovación automática
El pago se realiza con tarjeta a través de Stripe. Nunca recibimos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente cada mes y se cobra a la misma tarjeta hasta que la canceles.
El vendedor que recibe el pago es la entidad que figura en la página de pago y en el recibo de Stripe.
5. Cancelación
Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento escribiendo a [email protected]. La cancelación surte efecto al final del mes pagado en curso; hasta entonces el panel sigue disponible.
6. Tus obligaciones
Facilitar datos veraces al pagar y mantener actualizada la base de conocimiento en la que se basa el asistente IA (precios, servicios, condiciones).
Conectar tú mismo tus cuentas de redes sociales y mensajería y cumplir las normas de esas plataformas y la legislación de publicidad, consumo y protección de datos respecto a tus clientes.
No usar el Servicio para spam, fraude o contenido ilícito.
7. Respuestas de la inteligencia artificial
El asistente IA genera las respuestas automáticamente a partir de tu base de conocimiento y puede equivocarse. Eres responsable de revisar y configurar la base de conocimiento y los guiones, y puedes desactivar las respuestas automáticas o contestar tú mismo en cualquier momento.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Tus datos, el contenido de tu web y los datos de tus clientes son tuyos. El software, las plantillas y los algoritmos del Servicio son nuestros; recibes un derecho no exclusivo de uso mientras la suscripción esté activa.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
El Servicio se presta «tal cual». Trabajamos para que funcione sin interrupciones, pero no garantizamos resultados de ventas concretos. Nuestra responsabilidad se limita al importe que pagaste por el último mes de suscripción.
10. Cambios y contacto
Podemos modificar estas condiciones; la nueva versión se publica en esta página. Te avisamos por correo de los cambios importantes con al menos 14 días de antelación.
